YKK AquaGuard® Water Repellent Zips are practically waterproof and windproof, with great strength and smooth operation.
Open ended, fully separating zips for coats and jackets that feature two zip sliders, so the bottom zip can be opened when sitting down etc.
AquaGuard zippers are perfect for outdoor applications requiring moisture protection. Feature a matte finish, PU coating on the underside of the tape (which is the outside of the zipper) therefore protecting you from the elements.
NOTE: These zips are water repellent NOT Water proof
The Polyurethane coating reduces the flexibility of this coil zipper. Because of this, AquaGuard zippers are not recommended for projects with curves.
